Why do you work out? Are you in this to look good or to feel good? Do you work out to have some time alone or to find a sense of community? Whatever your reasons are, we are here to support you. 

At Favored Life, we don't care what the scale says, and we don't care what size you wear. We care about how you feel. We want you to come into the studio and feel refreshed, relaxed, more confident, rejuvenated, empowered. 

We also care about how you look - we want your body to look balanced. Are your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles in alignment? Is your spine properly supported by your core muscles? Do you have full range of motion in your joints? If the answer to any of these questions is no, we would like to work with you on improving your posture.

Whether you have never tried yoga or you have been practicing for years, we have a class for you; we also have private instruction if you would like a tailored session. Our Pilates instructors are classically trained, meaning they are true to the original Joseph Pilates methods - no crazy branding, no hype, no yelling, just a clear focus on breathing, alignment, strength and flexibility. We are developing new Pilates classes that will tailor to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels in addition to the existing all-level classes. As with yoga, our Pilates instructors offer private sessions. 

Prenatal and postpartum sessions are making their way onto the regular schedule in May, so keep your eye on the website and social media sites. And, when the weather gets warmer, we will head outside!

Our customers are male and female and range in age from infants to 80s. Our instructors are able to work to improve many health concerns or issues, so do not hesitate to ask how we can help you be a better version of yourself.
