Zumbini Starting in March

Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst, Zumbini® is an early childhood education program that uses original music and movement to promote cognitive, social, fine and gross motor skills and emotional development for children up to age 4. Children will learn to move to the music and caregivers will get in a workout while interacting with the little ones.

The 8-week series will run between March and April in three Hunterdon County locations: Saturdays beginning March 3, the class will be held at the Favored Life studio in High Bridge from 3 to 3:45 p.m.; Tuesdays beginning March 6 sessions will be held in Hunterdon Health & Wellness Center's group fitness studio in Whitehouse Station from 2 to 2:45 p.m.; Fridays beginning March 9 sessions will be in HHWC Clinton's Studio 3 from 5 to 5:45 p.m.

Each class is limited to 12 children; multiple children per adult are allowed. The cost for the 8-session series is $120 for the first child and $95 for each additional child and includes a family bundle with 20 original songs, a songbook with corresponding illustrations and a plush doll.

For the Saturday sessions, grip socks will be required for all participants. Adults have the option to purchase socks at the studio; one pair of children's socks will be provided per registrant ages 1 to 4. Those who attend classes at HHWC should either wear grip socks or clean, indoor-only shoes appropriate for the class.
