STUDIO POLICIES

BOOKING

Clients book all group fitness classes, private appointments and special programming sessions via Fitli, an online booking service. Regularly-scheduled group fitness classes may be booked up to one hour prior to the start time. If no one is registered one hour prior, the class will be cancelled. As long as at least one person is booked, the class will run as planned. Clients who wish to attend a class after the booking window closes may come to the studio. If space is available, the client may be accommodated once checking in with the instructor. 

Appointment windows may vary among instructors. In general, private appointments and duet sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment

Favored Life is a no-cash studio. Credit cards, debit cards, Android Pay and Apple Pay are all accepted. Clients who wish to pay in cash may do so if exact change is presented; no cash will be kept on the premises. All classes and appointments must be paid for in advance. In order to reserve a spot in a class, please register via Fitli.

grip socks

Clients are required to wear grip socks for all non-yoga sessions, private appointments and semi-private appointments. The grip socks ensure clients' stability while helping keep the floors and the equipment clean. Clients may use any brand of grip socks; ToeSox (full-toe and half-toe styles) and Tavi Noir grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.

fitness packages

Clients who wish to purchase fitness packages should note that the sessions will be activated from the purchase date, not the first attendance date. 

Cancellations

Clients registered for group fitness classes may cancel up to one hour prior to the start time. Clients who fail to show without providing proper notice will be charged for a missed session. 

Cancellation notices for private appointments and duet sessions may vary among instructors. In general, appointments should be cancelled within two hours of the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid penalties.

merchandise returns

Store merchandise may be returned for a refund as long as the items are returned in new condition, unwashed, with tags still attached, accompanied by a receipt.
